The top level. Your team works across every client and event under it, with unlimited team logins on every plan.

Each client
Add a client once and run as many of their events as you need. A client's people see their own events and nothing else.

Each event
Its own guest list, RSVP page, emails, inbox and numbers. Start a new one from a previous event to copy its setup; guests are never copied.
Client logins
Give each person exactly what they need
Tell us who needs access and Sorted sets up the logins. Each one starts from a role, and each person then has their own switches: whether they see email addresses and mobiles, see dietary and access answers, send emails, reply to guests, download the full guest list or check guests in. A login can cover a whole client or just one event.
Events company user
Works across all of the events company's clients and events: guest lists, emails, replies, reports and check-in.
Client user
Runs their own company's events inside your account, and sees nothing of your other clients.
Client approver
Approves emails or asks for changes, and follows the numbers.
Client viewer
Sees the live dashboard and downloads summary reports. Nothing more.

Guest data kept apart
Sensitive answers and contact details only show for people switched on for them, and guest data is deleted automatically after the event.
