Check in on the day
The door screen, guest passes and the paper backup.
-
Open the door screen
On the event, go to the Check-in tab. It shows how many guests are checked in, how many are attending, and everyone on the list, with a search box to find someone by name, surname or email.
-
Guest passes with a QR code
Each guest has their own pass with a QR code. To send it, add the check-in QR code (or the check-in pass link) merge field to your confirmation or reminder email; only guests who said they are attending get a pass. Scanning the code with a phone camera opens the pass, and anyone signed in with check-in rights on the event can check the guest in from there.
-
Check guests in by hand
On the door screen, search for a guest and click Check in next to their name. If a guest was checked in by mistake, click Undo to reverse it.
-
Print a backup list
Click Printable backup for a paper list of everyone attending, sorted by surname, in case phones or the internet fail on the day.
