Help

Import your guests

Add guests one at a time, or bring in a whole spreadsheet at once.

  1. Add one guest by hand

On the Guests tab, click Add guest. Fill in their name and contact details, then click Add guest to save.

  2. Or import a spreadsheet

On the Guests tab, click Import. Choose your file and click Upload.

  3. Match the columns

On the Match the columns screen, check that each column in your file is matched to the right field, such as first name, surname or email. Adjust any that matched wrongly, then click Continue.

  4. Review before importing

The Review before importing screen shows possible duplicates and any rows that cannot be imported. Untick a duplicate row to import it anyway, or leave it ticked to skip it. Click Import to add the rest of the guests to the list.

  5. Undo an import if needed

If an import needs to be undone, open it from the import history and click Undo this import. This removes everyone that import added; anyone already edited or who has answered is kept.

  6. The guest limit

Sorted sets the guest limit on the event, based on the quote agreement. Imports, new guests and registrations stop once the list reaches that number. Plus-ones do not count towards it, and plus-ones never receive email campaigns.
